We smoked a heaping pile of local strawberries in this beautifully balanced Habanero sauce.  La Pistola was the first sauce of many with Tim Paulman of Paulman Acre, and J of J's small batch behind the wheel.  This sauce really showcases both sauce makers attention to detail, with balanced heat and big flavor.  Don't let the strawberries fool you with a sweet sauce, as something truly special happens to them when smoked.  This transformation really allows us to control the sweetness to achieve one of the best fruit sauces on the market.  All natural goodness that truly complements any dish or cocktail.
