In Scotland the Glen is said to be the best part of the river which is why "Glen" so commonly becomes the namesake of distilleries in the region. The "Glen" of this mustard valley is a cascading 16 year old Islay Whiskey river. Use this Mustard-forward selection from our Spirited Sauce Collection on anything that requires a mustard kick. Made with Lagavulin Whisky.
